
Moroccan Chicken Breasts with Aromatic Grains
Two whole chicken breasts in our marinade of harissa, honey & mixed spices, served with bulgur wheat, couscous & apricot.
How to Cook
30 MINS, Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7 (+10 mins). Please don’t grill!
1. Pre-heat oven. Remove film but leave the Moroccan chicken and grains in their wooden trays. Unfold the foil and tightly wrap over the top of the grains.
2. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 30 mins.
3. Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Make sure it’s piping hot.

Chicken (32%), bulgur wheat (water, bulgur wheat), couscous (water, couscous (wheat)), mango chutney (sugar, mangoes, salt, acidity regulator: acetic acid, cayenne pepper, ginger, garlic), yoghurt (milk), rapeseed oil, raisins, dried apricots (sulphites), coriander, harissa (red peppers, water, salt, rapeseed oil, paprika, grape vinegar, dried garlic, cayenne pepper, cumin powder, chilli), cornflour, salt, honey, ground cumin, pomegranate juice, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, parsley, lime juice, lime zest, black onion seeds, fennel seeds, rice flour, ginger, cumin seeds, cinnamon, turmeric, coriander seeds, black pepper, paprika, sumac powder, thyme, sunflower oil, allspice, chilli, clove, nutmeg.
WARNING: Although we do our very best to take out all the bones from chicken and stones from apricots, some may remain.
