
GREEN VEGETABLE MEDLEY
Spring greens, savoy cabbage, broccoli & peas with garlic, parsley & mint butter.
How to Cook
- Pre-heat oven to Electric 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 5. (Be careful not to grill by mistake!)
- Remove film but leave the green vegetable medley in its wooden tray.
- Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 15 mins (if cooking using gas oven cook for an extra 7 mins).
- Stir well before serving. Make sure it’s piping hot.
This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn’t suitable for microwaving. Not suitable for freezing.
