
Chicken Cacciatore & Roasted Potatoes
Roast chicken, peppers, mushrooms & black olives in our rich tomato sauce, served with garlic & rosemary roasted potatoes.
How to Cook
30 MINS, Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7. Please don’t grill!
1. Pre-heat oven. Remove film but leave the Chicken Cacciatore in its wooden tray. To get the crispiest potatoes, empty them onto one side of a baking tray (they’re still delicious when cooked in its wooden tray).
2. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 30 mins.
3. Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Make sure it’s piping hot.
This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn’t suitable for microwaving. Not suitable for freezing.

Potatoes (sulphites), tomatoes, chicken (22%), red wine, chestnut mushrooms, red peppers, onions, rapeseed oil, bacon (pork, salt, preservative: sodium nitrite*, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), honey, black olives, basil, tomato purée, extra virgin olive oil, maize polenta flour, sunflower oil, garlic purée, cornflour, salt, wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), Cheddar cheese (milk), white wine vinegar, rosemary, paprika, sage, parsley, lemon zest, oregano, smoked paprika, onion powder, yeast extract, raisins, olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, ground bay leaf, colour: paprika extract, rice flour, carrot powder, leek powder, turmeric.
WARNING: Although we do our very best to take out all the bones from chicken and stones from olives, some may remain.
