Cajun Chicken filled with Creamy Corn

Tender chicken breast marinated in Cajun spices, stuffed with creamy corn and topped with a Cheddar and crispy tortilla crumb.

How to Cook

This recipe is made with some raw ingredients and isn’t suitable for microwaving, so please follow these cooking instructions carefully.

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 7. (Be careful not to grill by mistake!)
  2. Remove the film but leave the chicken in the wooden tray*.
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. If using a gas oven, cook for an extra 5 minutes.
  4. Make sure they’re piping hot throughout and leave to stand for 4 minutes before serving. Be careful when cutting into your chicken – the filling gets very hot.

*Our wooden trays are designed for the oven. Just make sure they aren’t placed close to any element or flame.
