2 Cherry Bakewell Puddings

Deliciously sweet cherry compote, topped with a light almond & Madagascan vanilla frangipane, sprinkled with flaked almonds.

How to Cook

  1. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Remove the film but leave the puddings in their wooden trays.
  2. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 15 mins (if cooking from frozen cook for an extra 5 mins).
  3. Serve immediately. Make sure the puddings are piping hot.
  4. To serve, carefully remove the pudding from the tray and slide from the liner using a spatula.

The puddings are best cooked fresh but can be frozen at home.
