I started my Bigham’s journey four years ago as Assistant Despatch Manager and I haven’t looked back. I quickly moved to the role of Lean Coordinator, supporting all of the teams with their continuous improvement program, and the experience I gained gave me the confidence to apply for the Area Manager job, which I was lucky enough to get. I love the positive energy at Bigham’s – we’re like a big family. Everyone is so supportive. It’s great. My favourite dish? Has to be Red Thai Chicken Curry.Join us
Vendy Mascarenhas, Asst. Production Manager
I joined Bighams in 2012 as a Team Member, before moving up to Team Leader. I worked in all sorts of different areas, picking up experience of the whole cooking process, which helped massively with my transition to Assistant Production Manager. Now I spend my days obsessing about safety, quality and efficiency – and I love it. It’s one of the best things about Charlie Bigham’s, actually, everyone gets lots of opportunities to develop their skills and achieve their aspirations. Marcin Czuba, Operations Manager
I came to Bigham’s in 2006 as a Despatch Operator and since then I’ve worked my way up to Operations Manager – a challenging role, but one I really enjoy. I’ve had some brilliant mentors within the company and I’ve learned so much along the way. I’ve also been on some great courses, including Leadership Training, which was incredibly useful.
