Marcin Czuba, Operations Manager
I came to Bigham’s in 2006 as a Despatch Operator and since then I’ve worked my way up to Operations Manager – a challenging role, but one I really enjoy. I’ve had some brilliant mentors within the company and I’ve learned so much along the way. I’ve also been on some great courses, including Leadership Training, which was incredibly useful. My favourite Bigham’s dish is our brilliant Chicken Tikka Masala.Join us
Jacek, Safety and Environment Manager
I joined Bigham’s in 2018 as a Site Hygiene Manager in our newly built, state-of-the-art Quarry Kitchen. In the first year of my journey, I was responsible for creating and establishing hygiene standards to ensure that our food was always made to the highest quality. Now I enjoy my time as a Safety and Environment Manager, helping to sustain a healthy and safe workplace. During my time with the company, I’ve also been offered really great training opportunities such as a NEBOSH Diploma and IEMA Environmental Management Certificate. My favourite Bigham’s dish is our amazing Fish Pie.Join us
Maddie Barber, Graduate Buyer
I started my Bigham’s journey back in 2018 when I joined as an intern in our procurement team. After graduating in Food Marketing & Economics I was delighted to join Bigham’s permanently, and join a small team of buyers who are all experts in their areas. Our mission is to simply find and purchase the best ingredients for our delicious food, from long-standing suppliers whom we value and trust. I personally oversee a wide range of ingredients including Dairy, Herbs and Spices, and Bakery goods, along with lots of other exotic ingredients handpicked by our development chefs. Out of all the fantastic meals we produce, my favourite has got to be our Macaroni Cheese!Join us
