Hi. I’m Luke and I’m the Development Chef for our retail customers. My role is to develop new dishes. Before joining the team at Bigham’s I worked at various 2-rosette restaurants and studied Food & Consumer Management at University College Birmingham. The thing that attracted me to Bigham’s was, quite simply, the quality of the food. I believe that you always get what you pay for, and that’s especially true of food. We buy the best ingredients, never cut corners, and I think you can really taste it.

THAI RED CHICKEN CURRY & FRAGRANT RICE
My favourite dish is our Thai Red Curry, I think the flavours are well balanced with just the right level of heat/ warmth. This dish is truly delicious with a real authentic feel. The attention to detail really has paid off. I genuinely think it’s better than most restaurants or pubs can produce.
