Charlie Bigham

Charlie Bigham

Charlie bigham’s

Your host for the evening, Charlie should need little introduction! Inspired by his travels and love of cooking, Charlie set up shop back in 1996 with the sole aim of creating really delicious dishes for foodies – putting in all the care and attention that you would if you were to cook them yourself. Using top quality ingredients, his goal was to help people steal back some quality time by doing all the dinner prep for them.

Chefs in Schools

Chefs in Schools

Chefs in Schools is a pioneering charity with a mission to transform school food and education to improve children’s health and wellbeing. Co-founded by former Ottolenghi Head Chef Nicole Pisani and Henry Dimbleby, co-founder of Leon, Chefs in Schools has supported 40 schools to dramatically improve their food, benefitting over 17,000 children over the last three years. They help schools to recruit passionate and skilled chefs and train up kitchen teams to cook delicious and exciting food from scratch. They put food at the heart of the school so that children develop an understanding of where food comes from and how to cook it. This leads to better eating habits, which is crucial for their long-term physical and mental health.
