
Jacek, Safety and Environment Manager
I joined Bigham’s in 2018 as a Site Hygiene Manager in our newly built, state-of-the-art Quarry Kitchen. In the first year of my journey, I was responsible for creating and establishing hygiene standards to ensure that our food was always made to the highest quality. Now I enjoy my time as a Safety and Environment Manager, helping to sustain a healthy and safe workplace. During my time with the company, I’ve also been offered really great training opportunities such as a NEBOSH Diploma and IEMA Environmental Management Certificate. My favourite Bigham’s dish is our amazing Fish Pie.
