    We’re looking for bright, enthusiastic people to join our production kitchen team which sits right at the heart of our operations department. This is a great opportunity to work within this dynamic side of the business and contributing to preparing our fantastic food.

    As part of the production kitchen team, you could be responsible for ensuring our operations teams run smoothly by planning the weekly production cycle to make sure our food leaves our kitchen on time and every day in the right quantity and at the highest quality standard!

    What these roles have in common is that you’d be involved helping or leading various small projects to make sure we are launching new dishes perfectly as well as ensuring the day-to-day operation runs smoothly.

    To succeed as a kitchen production manager, kitchen chef manager and assistant despacth manager, you’ll have to be bright, energetic and passionate about food production.

    You will be juggling lots of different information sources and IT systems (especially Excel), as well as planning across different sites and/or format. So you’ll have to be highly organised and a whiz at multi-tasking. Excellent time management and keen eye for detail will ensure that you keep on top of everything. You’ll be a natural at building strong relationships with the whole team here at Coriander house, with the ability to confidentially present your ideas in front of others.

    In terms of qualifications and experience, you’ll have graduated with a good degree and be able to show that you’re big on initiative and are commercially competent. In our experience, people who really enjoy this kind of role are people with a business, chef or science background. If you’ve also got post-university production management experience, that would be great too.
