Alright it is a silly pun, but when it comes to serving our customers we are deadly serious and we are on the look out for a talented salesperson to join us.
We work in long term partnerships with our customers and therefore this is a genuine account management role.
Reporting in to our Sales Director you will enjoy all of the normal responsibilities, like range and promotional negotiations, pricing discussions and discretionary budgets but because we expect great things of our team, you'll be expected to do much more.
We are small and dynamic, and because of this you will be required to sponsor new food development initiatives all the way from brief to launch. This means ensuring that the food not only tastes and looks great but also that the commercials add up. So this is a role where you can make a real difference to our business.
In short ,if you have a blue chip sales background but are looking to develop your career in a smaller fast paced environment where you actions have immediate impact and where you will learn all about how a business s is run, then this could be role for you.
Ideally you will be an experienced account manager who has a passion for food and some Waitrose experience would be a bonus!
