We are very lucky to be a small, fast growing, privately owned business. But a few years ago it struck me that as our team was growing there was the possibility we might lose a bit of what, I hope, makes Bigham's a special place to work. To prevent this I sat down with some key member of the team and we agreed some guidelines on how we would like everyone at Bigham's to treat each other. That was five years ago and we’ve had no reason to change them, so something must be working.

Here they are:
