The terms:

1. To enter the draw entrants need to complete all the marked fields on the competition form.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. The prize draw is open to UK residents ages 18 and over only and a draw will be made within one week of the close date.
4. The first 25 entries chosen at random will win the prize of one case of six 75cl bottles of Lanson Rosé Champagne.
5. The closing date for receipt of entries is 23.59 on 29th February 2012.
6. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families and anybody professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
7. Only one entry per person is permitted. Automated, bulk, third party or consumer group entries will be void and removed from the draw.
8. The winners will be notified in writing within 28 days of the draw.
9. Prizes will be dispatched to UK addresses only within 28 days of the winners being notified.
10. The winners’ names and counties will be made available by sending an SAE to Bigham’s Ltd, 2 McNicol Drive, London, NW10 7AW.
11. All entrants accept that if they win, their name and county will be made public in this way.
12. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.
13. An entry containing offensive content or content which condones, promotes or encourages any illegal activities of any nature, is not permitted and will not be considered.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incomplete, invalid, altered or illegible entries, or entries that are lost, stolen, damaged or delayed and fail to be properly submitted.
15. Prizes are not covered by any guarantee by the Promoter.
16. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal or greater value, should the need reasonably arise.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this prize draw at any time or provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of reasonably unforeseen circumstances..
