Beef & Ale Pie

Handmade with the finest British beef, 2 generous glugs of wonderfully smooth ale & a dash of worcester sauce.

Beef & ale pies… perhaps the all conquering hero of the pie world. To make this pie really stand out from the rest, not only do we cook the filling for up to 2 hours but we add double helpings of ale. First we add it as we make the gravy to create a smooth texture & a fantastic colour. Then we add a huge glug right at the end of the cooking so the ale flavour is really evident in the pie!
