Bigham's was founded in 1996. Originally I was inspired by my travels around the world and my experience that many of my best meals were created from a handful of fresh ingredients tossed into a hot pan.

The principles of using the finest fresh ingredients, prepared fresh on a daily basis underpin all the food we make.

Bigham's is a small private company and we pride ourselves on our attention to detail. I hope that this shows in the food of ours that you have tried. It is important for me and my dedicated team of chefs here at Bigham's to know what you think. We rely on your comments and feedback.
