Mini Beef Wellingtons
24 Bite-sized beef wellingtons made with the finest British beef fillet & luxurious pate. A canape classic that is ready to delight your guests in around 20 minutes.
Since I created Bigham's in 1996, I have insisted that fresh food is the best food. However, let's face it, sometimes it's handy to have something in the freezer for those unexpected occasions. Never is this more true than when a few ad hoc nibbles are required. So my chefs & I have been working on a range of canapes especially designed for your freezer. Rest assured that all of the recipes are handmade from the highest-quality fresh produce, only using ingredients that I would be happy to have in my kitchen at home. Preparation time: 22-24 minutes
Cuisine Type: Frozen Canapes
Cooking Instructions
1. Cook from frozen.
2. Preheat oven to 200˚C/180˚C fan assisted/gas mark 6; line a baking tray with parchment paper.
3. Remove all packaging and place the canapés on the prepared tray. Place the baking tray in the centre of the oven & bake for 22–24 minutes.
4. Check canapés are piping hot throughout.
