Sprouts With Pancetta & Chestnuts

Fresh brussel sprouts, delectable pancetta & chestnuts, enriched with cinnamon & orange


Preparation time: Ready to delight in 10 mins
Cuisine Type: Vegetable pouches


Cooking Instructions

1. Heat a non-stick frying pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil or duck fat.
2. Empty the contents of the pouch into the pan, then sauté for 8-10 mins over a medium heat, stirring often.


Ingredients

Brussels sprouts (73%)
Pancetta (12%)
Chestnuts (12%)
Cinnamon stick
Orange peel

Pancetta contains: pork, salt, flavouring, white pepper, garlic powder, dextrose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite.

WARNING: Do not eat the cinnamon stick as it’s quite woody.
