Cranberry & Orange Sauce
Fresh cranberries, honey, orange peel & cinnamon, all slow cooked for an hour – perfect with any roast
Preparation time: Ready in around 2 mins
Cuisine Type: Sauces
Cooking Instructions
1. Shake the sauce pouch, then empty the contents into a small saucepan.
2. Bring to the boil over a medium heat, then cook for 2 mins, stirring occasionally.
3. Serve piping hot over your roasted meat.
Ingredients
Water
Cranberries (16%)
Orange juice (12%)
Demerara sugar
Dried cranberries (9%)
White onion
Red wine vinegar
Honey
Shredded ginger
Cinnamon stick
Orange zest
Arrowroot
Maize starch
Salt
Dried cranberries contain: cranberries, sugar, vegetable oil.
WARNING: Do not eat the cinnamon stick as it’s quite woody.
