Preparation time: Delicious in 16 mins!
Cuisine Type: Canapés
Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200ºC/180ºC fan assisted/gas mark 6.
2. Unwrap packaging & place the canapés on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake in the middle of the oven for 14-16 mins.
4. Serve them up.
Ingredients:
Puff pastry (51%)
Chestnut mushrooms (12%)
Béchamel sauce
Water
Single cream
Breadcrumbs
Dried mushrooms (4%)
Free-range egg yolk
Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley
Salt
Truffle oil
Black pepper
Puff pastry contains: wheatflour, palm oil, water, butter, salt.
Béchamel sauce contains: milk, butter, wheatflour, salt, white pepper.
Breadcrumbs contain: wheatflour, yeast, salt.
Dried mushrooms contain: oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, porcini mushrooms.
