Miso Salmon & Lime Wraps
Smoked salmon infused with miso, honey, ginger & lime, wrapped in a crisp pancake

Preparation time: Delicious in 10 mins
Cuisine Type: Canapés
Cooking the perfect wrap:
1. Preheat oven to 200ºC/180ºC fan assisted/gas mark 6.
2. Unwrap packaging & place the canapés on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake in the middle of the oven for 8-10 mins until pale golden brown.
4. Serve them up.

Fresh salmon (38%)
Pancake wraps
Smoked salmon (16%)
Miso soup (6%)
Chilli sauce
Honey (3%)
Red chilli
Fresh coriander
Mirin
Fresh ginger
Lime leaves
Sunflower oil
Free-range egg yolk
Paprika
Pancake wraps contain: wheatflour, water, vegetable oil & salt.
Miso soup contains: water, red & white miso (with soya & barley), salt, sugar, yeast extract, garlic purée, alcohol,
bouillon (with salt, wheat dextrose, spices, parsley), ginger purée, cornflour, hot chilli powder.
Chilli sauce contains: water, sugar, red chilli, garlic, salt, modified tapioca starch, acetic acid.
