Bigham’s was founded in 1996. Originally I was inspired by my travels around the world & my experience that many of my best meals were created from a handful of fresh ingredients tossed into a hot pan. The principles of using the finest ingredients, prepared fresh on a daily underpin all the food we make. We are not fans of processed food & so Bigham’s is run on the same principles as a busy kitchen. We carefully prepare & combine the ingredients by hand so that all you have to do is the fun part: the cooking.

Bigham’s is a small private company & we pride ourselves on our attention to detail. I hope that this shows in the food of ours that you have tried.
