Teriyaki Beef
Still no kitchen so the answer is to have your so easy to cook meals! This could have come straight from a restaurant - the taste, quantity and ingredients were wonderful. Veg which held it's shape and taste mmm. All I had to do was throw in some straight to wok noodles and hey presto a treat of a meal for two!
Thanks again for 'home' cooking at top class restaurant standard!
Thai Green Chicken
Hello to Bighams
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the chicken was very lean with a lovely juicy texture and a spicy kick. My initial thought was there was a lot of sauce, but my husband persuaded me to add it all and once it was stirred through and cooked it was just the right amount. This is my first Bighams home cook meal, however, I will without doubt trust your expert judgment on my future purchases. I am not generally a fan of spicy food but my husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed this dish and cannot fault it in any way. I also bought the indulgent Shepherds Pies and will report back as soon as we have sampled these. I am looking forward particularly to trying your Moroccan Lamb, Maple Chicken and Malaysian Casserole.

So far we have tasted about 10 of your differet dishes and all are absolutely lovely. We LOVE your Ramen noodle dishes and the Shepherds pie and chicken and mushroom pie, we love the Breton Chicken, Peanut chicken and many others.... We both cook a lot and are basically quite fussy about quality..when we go out to eat we expect to eat better than we can at home! Bighams has made us eat far more ready to cook stuff which we dont usually use. My freezer is stacked with your goodies.. well done.. you are the only people to have got ready to cook meals absolutely right!
