One of the most enjoyable things about working at Bighams is that the team here is packed full of foodies. Monday morning in the kitchen tends to consist of good coffee and a round the table chat about all the exciting delis, restaurants and shows that the team has been to. From Alex who ate in four Michelin starred restaurants in four days in New York, to Boris who goes spear fishing in February in the Atlantic, we think between us we must know the answer to nearly any foodie question on the planet.
